If you are an employer, we collect your organization’s name, contact details, and payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number). We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.

We use your email to send the account emails and alerts you sign up for. We do not sell or share your email address with third parties. Every alert email includes an unsubscribe link.
